Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202623679K) (“CWG Innovations”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in connection with this website, www.cwgsg.ai (the “Website”), in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).

Scope: This policy covers our corporate website only — enquiries, demo requests, events and related communications. Our RealRelay.ai product is governed by a separate privacy notice provided within that product.

1. Personal data we collect

• Information you give us — when you use the “Book a demo” / contact form or email us: your name, work email, company name, team size, the contents of your message, and anything else you choose to provide.
• Information collected automatically — limited technical data needed to operate and secure the Website (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited), via strictly necessary cookies and server logs (see section 3).
• We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data or the personal data of children through the Website. Please do not submit such information through our forms.

2. How and why we use it

We use personal data for the following purposes, relying on your consent, deemed consent (where you voluntarily provide data for an obvious purpose), or the legitimate interests basis under the PDPA, as applicable:

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange and conduct a demo;
• to provide the information about our products and services that you have requested;
• to manage our relationship with customers, partners and prospects;
• with your separate consent, to send you marketing about our products, services and events (you may withdraw at any time — see section 8);
• to operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website; and
• to comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We only use personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and that we have notified to you.

3. Cookies

The Website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for it to function and stay secure. These do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising, and so do not require consent under the PDPA. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it to:

• service providers who help us run the Website and our business (for example cloud hosting, form/CRM, and email/communications providers), who may use it only to provide services to us and are bound to protect it;
• our group companies, where relevant to your request;
• professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law; and
• a successor entity in a corporate transaction.

A current list of the categories of service providers we use is available on request from our DPO.

5. Transfers outside Singapore

Some service providers may process personal data outside Singapore (including in the United States). Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take the steps required under section 26 of the PDPA to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA (for example, through contractual commitments).

6. How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise it.

7. How we protect it

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or loss, in line with section 24 of the PDPA. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Subject to certain exceptions under the PDPA, you may:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data; and
• withdraw consent you have given (including for marketing) at any time.

To exercise any of these, contact our DPO (section 9). We will respond within the timeframes required by the PDPA and may charge a reasonable fee for an access request as permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Where we send telemarketing to Singapore telephone numbers, we comply with the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA.

The Website may link to third-party sites (including our RealRelay.ai product). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore.
